Born and raised in Vancouver, Nickolas had the privilege of being exposed to the wide spectrum of the building and development industry due to his family’s construction business, a very well respected Luxury Home Building Construction Company that had reinforced both his knowledge in construction and in his understanding of applying special marketing and sales techniques for high end luxury properties in all areas of Vancouver, including West Vancouver, North Vancouver, Burnaby and West Side Vancouver.
Following in his father's footsteps in helping to produce some of Vancouver's most renowned luxury estates, Nickolas went on to pursue a higher education, which resulted in the completion of both a Diploma in Building Engineering and a Degree in Construction Management. Along with the experience of working in the Municipal Public sector for 4 years as a Building Plans Examiner, Nickolas' knowledge in permit application processes and regulations remains to be an added asset that furthers his professional ability.
